We had a really great experience here – one that wont be forgotten.  The staff and service was excellent, pity that it was such a short stay but well worth it. Thank you.

The highest standard we have come across in our many game reserve visits in South Africa.  The one problem game reserves generally have is in quality of waiter service.  Motse has this problem cracked – delightful service throughout and we liked the “it’s a pleasure” responses to our thank you’s.  Lunch was highly innovative with the combination of dishes on one plate – really delicious.  Ranger and tracker (Charles and William) were really good company and hugely knowledgeable.

Hi from an extremely hot South Africa. We are currently packing up our apartment on the north Durban coast in readiness for our return home but I just thought I would drop you a line about Tswalu. It was a wonderful experience with top notch accommodation but I think what impressed me most was the quality of the staff. The lodge staff were clearly very highly trained and had an "anything is possible" attitude. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Of all the lodges we stayed at I think the staff there were the best we have encountered. The wildlife and the stars at night were not bad either!

We had very high expectations but Tswalu has exceeded our expectations in virtually every respect.  The staff have all been excellent and our biggest regret is that we don’t have time to spend longer here..
